online Coaching
Online Coaching provides one-on-one coaching for more guidance and feedback on your personalized training program. Your workouts are monitored and assessed on a weekly basis to ensure you are making progress.
A personalized training program is created for your fitness goal based on your current health condition, exercise history, availability, and fitness equipment. Each training program will contain a list of exercises with their respective sets, repetitions, load, rest periods, and links to exercise videos. There will be space for you to track your progress for each workout. Programs are accessed through Google Sheets. Communications are done via email and text.
