PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The full balance is due five (5) business days prior to your hike date. Final acceptance of any participant is subject to receipt and review of all required forms, documents, and payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Zero Boundaries LLC reserves the right to cancel hikes. If a hike is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. poor weather, state of emergency, war) and no alternate hike date is offered, then a hike credit equal to the full amount paid will be issued.
Zero Boundaries LLC is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by preparing for the hike (for example: non-refundable advance purchase air tickets, clothing, equipment, visa fees, medical expenses, etc.).
If you cancel a hike for any reason:
- More than seven days prior to the hike start date, we will grant you a full refund less a $5 per person administrative fee.
- Between six and two days prior to the hike start date, we will retain 50 percent of the hike cost.
- Less than two days prior to the hike start date, or once the hike has begun, there will be no refund.
TRANSFER POLICY
Transfers from one hike to another are subject to the following conditions:
- More than seven days prior to the hike start date, you may transfer from one hike to another with no associated fees.
- Between six and two days prior to the hike start date, transfers are subject to a $5 per person transfer fee.
- Less than two days prior to the hike start date, standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
